If you have filed your 2015, then the lender will require a 2015 transcript before final approval.. If you have not filed 2015, then yes.. all that is needed is 2013 and 2014.. (so long as you close by April 15th.).. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Yes you can, and for some reason you do not want to use your 2015, just file an extension with the IRS and we don't require them. If you are a wage earner, I typically don't need transcripts at all - unless you have certain schedules that you have filed in the past. Please email me with more specific questions, thank you.Justin MurrayJmurray@wintrustmortgage.com(312) 256 4065
