Can I switch my request from a loan mod (HAMP) to a loan refinance (HARP)? Also, currently in a BK 13?

If you have made your mortgage payments on time and all your schedule bankruptcy payments there could be an opportunity to get you approved through a harp refinance.

There are possibilities for you along those lines as long as you have not been delinquent on your mortgage payments in the last 12 months.....good luck....
