Can I switch brokers after a USDA approval?

I am going through a certain lender but I am getting negative reviewed and am being turned down on offers because of who the broker is. Can I take my Usda approval and have another broker manage it? Without running credit and going through the whole approvalProcess again? by Lorrainaringring182 from Lake Oswego, Oregon. Jun 20th 2020 Reply

Yes, you can switch lenders at anytime. No, you can't really take your approval with you per se. You'll have to start a new application and do everything all over again. With that said, unless you have a house under contract and need to close right away, I would just change lenders and not worry about anything else. I lend for USDA loans in MN Wi IA SD ND.
