Yes we can help you refinance your investment property. If it is underwater you would qualify for the HARP 2.0 program. Give me a call I can help you. 888-320-7888 - www.MortgageWholesale.net - Ken

As has already been stated, you should be just fine if you either have enough of an equity position or if your current loan is a Fannie/Freddie and you're slightly underwater but meet the HARP 2 requirements. Contact one of these local professionals above or seek out a mortgage broker in your area to get access to more program availability and knowledge-base. Best of luck to you!

Probably, but you did not give enough information. If the Loan is Fannie/Freddy, probably, if FHA or VA, they will only allow you to refi if the property remains Owner occupied. Contact a local Mortgage Banker/Broker, rather than one of the big banks or big national mortgage factories. Your Mortgage Banker/Broker can tell you for sure if yoru property qualifies under HARP. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com
