Yes, but it depends on how your loan was modified.. If they lowered your interest rate or extended the term, then you shouldn't have a problem, but If there was any principal reduction, most lenders will not allow you to refinance. When you try to refinance, you will need to produce your loan modification papers to the new lender so they can verify that no principal reduction was done..
