No, you can not refinance from FHA to a Streamline USDA mortgage. You can however explore the option of a FHA streamline refinance. Inbox me at pete.bass@everbank.com for more info.
No, you can not refinance into a USDA loan if you currently didn't get one to buy the house. FHA streamline refinance is pretty cool... Talk to a local mortgage broker in your area for more help with your options.
Hello Ray,I concur with the answers others have provided. I'm with a FHA direct lender in Albuquerque and would be glad to help you. FYI I will be in Las Cruces in a little over a week, on 8/20, if you would like to meet. Charlie Sparks, Pinnacle Capital Mortgage, 505-350-3745 or csparks@pcmloan.com (MLO# 195031)
No you cannot do a streamline from FHA to USDA. However you can do a normal refinance into a USDA loan. Talk with a local lender/loan officer and have them present you with your best options.
