I refinanced my home to a 15 year I have 5 years left, can I refi again for another 15 rather than 30 year? by Mark298 from San Dimas, California. Jun 30th 2010
Refi whenever you like and there is a benefit.
If you qualify, you can. The question is why? In 5 years from now ou own your home free and clear. There must be other options for your situation. This would be a drastic measure. .... Happy funding, Rudi
There is no reason that you can't do this.. I would just be curious as to what would motivate you to do something like that. Your house will be paid off soon, but it is possible that you could save a significant amount of money if you did this ... if that is what you are looking to achieve. I am can lend in every state, give me a call at 864-477-0926 or email at pkelsey@myhsoa.com to discuss further to see if this would be beneficial to you.Peter Kelsey

Hi Mark,As stated with the others, you could but what is your motivation? Are you looking for additional money, wanting to keep your interest deduction, reduce your payment even further? There are many reasons for wanting to do this and without knowing your reasoning, the answers you receive may not be your best options.Let us know if we can be of help.Best,Matt Davis
