can I refinance a recent purchase if I have Wecome Home Hetoes grant?

Check the terms of the assistance they provided (which should be in the Note, if any, you signed at closing), some of those programs require repayment if you refinance too.

The terms of your grant does not prohibit you from refinancing.. you only have to pay back the grant if you sell and move within the first 2 years..
