can I refinance a home, no longer my primary home, doing an FHA streamline in Ohio? the current loan is an FHA.

Yes.. FHA allows for streamline refi's on loans with existing FHA financing. Understand that although FHA allows it, not every lender does.. For this reason, I suggest you contact a local mortgage broker and let them shop for the best lender for your loan scenario. Since brokers have relationships with numerous lenders, it's much easier for them to find the loan for you than if you attempt to do it on your own.. and brokers are usually priced less than the big banks, so there's that added benefit too..
