Can I qualify for a mortgage with a new job?
I have had a mortgage since 2009, and started my current job about 10 months ago. I want to sell my current home and buy in the next few months. I should have a substantial down payment from selling my current home. I have been in the same job industry for over 10 years and my credit score is 620. With no employment gap and being in the same field you should have no problem securing a loan. Min mid-score for conventional is 620. Good luck!!
