Hi Paul. In doing a quick search, I found the following company that may be able to help. I'd suggest giving them a call for more details on your loan request. Please let me know how you make out and good luck! http://www.firstcreditcorp.com/
Conventional guidelines do allow for MFH's, but you will find It very difficult to find a lender willing to do one.. If you do, expect to pay a higher rate, higher fees, and they will more than likely require a larger down payment.. Understand that when it comes to MFH's, they are the worst property types when It comes to sustained value.. during a down market, they will be the first property type to drop in value, and conversely, during a good market when everything is going up, they will be the last property type to increase in value.. the lenders know this, and most lenders have been burned by MFH's poor value in the past, and because of this, most have dropped this type of loan from their portfolio of loan products. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com
