Can I get approved for a loan without a 2013 and 2014 tax return?

I have completed my 2015 and 2016 taxes. Credit and income are great. Please help! by o.jax.12382 from Brookfield, Kansas. Jul 25th 2017 Reply

The previous responses are correct. I would just need to look at the last two years of filed taxes, 2 months of bank statements, 2 most recent months of pay stubs, and 2 documents of identification. I can be reached at 816-739-6279, and able to help potential borrower's throughout IL, KS, and MO.

95% of programs only need the previous two-years of tax returns. When getting many down payment assistance programs, they will require three years of tax returns.
