Yes. FHA will allow the use of the original appraised value used to make the loan you are trying to refinance, so in the eyes of FHA, you are not upside-down. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in California and Arizona ~ www.LoansA2z.com 888-889-9950

The beauty of the streamline is that No Appraisal is Required, thus there is no determination of being underwater, so to speak! I can help you if you'd like, so just send me an offline email for more details! Enjoy the day!

Absolutely! I'm here in SC if you would like help, I handle a lot of FHA loans. Direct at 843-619-6025 or pdumouchel@primelending.com Streamline FHA essentially allows you to refinance without consideration for the current value of the home. Some of the details does depend on when the current mortgage was closed.

FHA does not knowingly allow over 100%. But, seeing as there is a no appraisal option, underwater people with FHA loans are able to refinance if underwater all the time. www.FHA-Streamline-Refinance-MN.com
