Can I get a streamline FHA refinance if the property is no longer my primary residence?

Yes.. Most lenders will not do investment FHA streamline refi's, but there are a few that do.. Click on the tab above "Find a Lender" and type in your zip code.. You will get a list of local brokers... start calling.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. With some lenders, it may depend on what they think your property is currently valued at and whether there is any equity in it. Especially if your mortgage was before June 1, 2009
