Absolutely... The best advice I can give you is to contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Do not use the local "Big" bank, or one of those 50 states internet lenders or nationwide lenders...By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. Because he has lower overhead, he can offer you lower rates and lower fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Natalia,Sure. Depends on your current loan. If you are FHA. Then you can do the FHA Streamline refinance. If you have a conventional loan and are underwater then you will have to find out if your loan was acquired before June 1st 2009 by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. If you have equity then great! When it comes to no cost no fee loan. You can do it 1 of 2 ways. You can wrap all third party fees and prepaids for impounds account (if there is one) on the back of the loan. So essentially you paid nothing out of pocket and you get the lowest interest rate without paying points. Or. You can increase your interest rate to receive a good amount of "Lender Credit" back to cover the costs of the third party fees or even up front MIP (if FHA).Let me know if you need help regarding this process. Hi Natalia - at this time the only no closing cost streamline refinance is only available to those with FHA loans or by the HARP program - but it will need to be done with the current mortgage servicer who currently holds your mortgage. Would you be interest in a full documentation refinance? If so, I can assist you with that.

Hi Natalia! The answer is "Possibly". You will need to provide more information about your loan as to the loan amount, if this is a Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac (HARP Eligible), or FHA Insured Loan. I'd be happy to provide a no obligation review off line if you'd like. Just let me know as I am able to originate and close loans Nationwide!

Maybe... You need to go sit down with a local broker (not a bank), and provide them with an application. They will review your information and present you with your options. Hopefully it all looks great and you can save some money! www.FHA-Streamline-Refinance-MN.com

Natalie, if you are willing to invest about 15 minutes of your time on the telephone; please give me a call. While we are on the phone together I will go online to see if your loan qualifies for a HARP refinance or a FHA refinance both of which can be done on a steamline basis with the costs either built into the interest rate or the loan amount. I am a licensed California Mortgage Broker/Owner. My number is 888-842-7296.Thanks

It all depends upon what type of loan your current one is, and a host of other factors. Streamline refis are done for homeowners who already have FHA loans. Is that what you have. To intelligently advise you about how to move forward with a refi, I would need additional information. Once I have it, I can tell you precisely what your options are. You could have much better choices than an FHA refi depending upon your particular circumstances. Give me a call 16/7, or email me your phone number so I can call you, and I'll be happy to walk you through the process. To learn more about me and our mortgage brokerage, click on my picture.
