Can I get a mortgage with a satisfied judgement being reported on my credit report? It is being reported as satisfied. Please help

Yes you can. Just need proof that it has been satisfied if your credit report shows as unsatisfied.

Yes, it likely still affects your score but won't prevent you from qualifying for a mortgage unless there are other issues.

Sure... All activity shows on the report, good bad, or otherwise. A paid / satisfied judgement will not by itself cause any problems in getting a mortgage loan, although the judgement itself will clearly effect your credit score.

The lender may want a letter of explanation, so as long as you meet the lenders guidelines; the satisfied judgment should not prevent a new loan.

Yes, so long as you meet all other eligibility requirements.. unsatisfied judgments are a problem.. so long as it's paid, you should be ok..
