Is it possible for me to get a home mortgage? by kmdanie2 from Raleigh, North Carolina. Mar 13th 2013
Hi Kmdanie2You can certainly purchase a home right out of college. You have to he on your job for atleast a month. The lender will ask for your school transcripts to prove you were in school. You will need to put down either 3.5% or 5.0% down payment depending up on loan program. If it is in a specialized area it may be eligible for 100.00% financing.NickP@mortgages.rcbna.comNick PapadopoulosLoan OfficerRiver Community Bank, N.A.111 Corning Rd, Suite 230Cary, NC, 27518NLMS#144524919-459-1326 (o)919-270-4147 (c)919-439-5300 (f)
