I just got a credit report done and I have a credit score of 620 can I obtain a Home Loan? by jerry39 from Baltimore, Maryland. Jun 4th 2010
With a 620 credit score, you may qualify for an FHA loan with only a 3.5% downpayment. The great thing about FHA is you could qualify for a 1-4 family residence. Please contact me for a preapproval. Hope this helps.
While all of the answers you have received are correct, I would want to make sure the credit score you have received is accurate. Some of the scores you purchase use a different scoring model and tend to either overstate or understate the actual value that is used for mortgage qualification. When you speak with loan officers to get pre-qualified, make sure you have at least one of them run your credit and provide a copy so you can be sure you are using the correct number. Of course. I can actually do loans on purchases down to a 580 credit score, along with other certain qualifications. Feel free to give me a call if you have any other questions. My contact info is 443-610-2442.
Yes you can. There are 3 levels of mortgages out there and we offer all 3. My direct email is aduncan@equitysourcehl.com and my website is equitysourcehl.com.
Sure, but it's best to work with someone that will review your credit profile and see if there is an opportunity to increase your score via a rapid re-score or other method. Remember, credit scores constantly change so make sure you put yourself in the best position........
Barely! But you can if you hurry. This minimum score is soon to be increased. ... Happy funding, Rudi
