Possibly as long as they are paying it off at the closing, but you definitely should ask that specific question when you contact the lender. Recommend you call local credit-unions or community banks.

Yes, but be sure to let your lender know your intentions since not every lender will allow you to do it.. dealing with a local mortgage broker is your best bet in finding that lender that will allow it..
