Can I get a 100% mortgage with a 590 credit score? by tenessesssm7 from Powell, Tennessee. Apr 19th 2011
I agree with all the others and credit repair may be as easy as paying off some revolving tradelines to help boost your scores. We have a very reputable credit repair company that charges a one time flat fee- money back guarunteed. If you would like there contact information please e-mail me at gianni.cerretani@fcmhomeloans.com
I cannot speak for other lending institutions, but we require a 620 for VA and a 640 for USDA financing. Both loans are 100%, but you would need to be a Veteran for the VA.Have you talked to a lender regarding what you could do to improve your credit scores?
I agree with Doug, there are no programs allowing 100% with that low credit score. What is the reason for the low score. If you have had a BK recently, I would suggest you start establishing new credit and make sure you have a payment track record of perfect, no lates whatsoever. Not without a generous friend or relative. Your score would limit you to equity programs with high rates and large down payments.Sorry! If you have a copy of your credit report I can go through it with you to point out some areas were you could improve.
You can get a 96.5% loan with a 590 score....FHA
