Can I find a better deal then this?

I am planning on purchasing a new home with 30 yr to 15 yr (fixed loan). The best deal I've found is around 4.5% with NO CLOSING COSTS.Anyone else run across a better rate with NO CLOSING costs?I've checked many forums online and have not yet found a better bargain.
