You need to contact a local USDA Lender in your area.
I am here in Riverside, MO which is outside of Kansas City, MO and Open Mortgage is a USDA lender. I have been in the mortgage business over eight years, and I can guide you through the USDA process from start to finish. I lend all over KS and MO, and am currently working with borrower(s) in University City, St. Clair, and Creve Coeur. Please contact me directly at 816-914-9685 or saradeere@openmtg.com.
I believe you would not qualify for USDA based on your income.. Keep in mind the program is designed for LOW Income borrowers.. making over $6K per month is not considered low income.. Here's USDA's income calculator.. you can put in all the details and see for yourself.. http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/incomeEligibilityAction.do?pageAction=state&NavKey=income@11 I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
