Under VA guidelines, you can.... now let's talk lenders.. Some lenders have overlays which will limit what percentage they will refinance at.. If your property was here in AZ, then I have several lenders that will allow you to refinance 100% of a non VA mortgage into a VA mortgage... In CA.. You will have to contact a lender there and see.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Yes, VA will allow this. Work with a local Mortgage Banker/Broker rather than one of the big banks or national mortgage factories. Not all lenders will allow a full 100% LTV on a non-purchase VA loan. The Mortgage Banker/Broker works with many lenders and will be able to find the right program for you. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com
