If I can't buy without any money down. How much do I have to come up with at minimum? by jafrell_287_476 from Topeka, . Aug 17th 2011
USDA offers 100% financing. FHA requires 3.5% down and VA is 100% financing also. It is really a matter of finding the loan program that fits your short and long term goals best. Steve Sexton steve.sexton@emeryfed.com 877-376-0223
There are multiple programs and options available for many people to buy with little or no down payment. Apply with a local NMLS licensed loan officer to find out your options. With that said, it is nearly impossible to buy with no money at all. While lenders may be able to get you zero down, and roll most, if not all of you your closing costs into the loan - the biggest problem for many is that you still need to write an earnest money check when making an offer. In my area, that is at least $1000. Need financing in MN or WI? Visit www.stpaul-mortgage.com
If you have a VA eligbilty the VA offers 100% financing. USDA also offers 100% financing, and the area your in may qualify. I'm a license loan officer in KS & MO, and would be happy to see if you qualify for either one of these types of loans. Marlon Mitchell 816-569-1436 Marlon.Mitchell@gmos.us
