Can anyone expand on home valuation for va farm loans?
I found an old post here that stated, "VA farm loans allow for Veterans to purchase rural property with a dwelling that has 40% or more value." Can anyone expand on this? Thanks in advance. by cdiaz1969 from Florence, South Carolina. Jul 30th 2018

Hello Carrington... VA is constantly updating their guidelines.. but unfortunately, I don't lend in the Carolina's..
