Can anyone do a Jumbo renovation loan? Purchase of $825,000 with $500,000 in renovations? How much of a downpayment?

I have a lot of great jumbo loan products here in Arizona, but a renovation loan is not one of them, unfortunately. I would happily point you in the right direction of someone who is, but I'm not aware of anyone who offers that right now.
