If I understand your question, you are asking if a foreign national can get a mortgage for residence in the United States. The direct answer is yes. We have several loan programs for foreign nationals and the requirements will depend on if the borrower currently has property in the U.S., or if they have an ITIN #, Visa type, etc. We offer programs that will lend between 60-75% on the purchase price of the home based on certain qualifying criteria. Another consideration, is the borrower must have a U.S. based bank account, and be able to provide proof of income along with other verification documents. I would like to speak to you in detail about your situation. You can contact us at our website at www.bradfordgroupmtg.com or call at 404-618-2824.
Much more info needed to answer your question. Are you an American Citizen working overseas, or are you a foreign national? Do you pay taxes on US filed federal tax returns? Is your income documentation in English? The short answer is possibly. There are no "Conforming" loan product which allow for a "non citizen" overseas resident to purchase a home here, so if that's your scenario, then you would need to use private money (portfolio or hard money loan products).. If you are a citizen, then you would need to purchase this as a 2nd home.. There are lenders who will not do a 2nd home mortgage if you do not own your primary residence, so be sure you ask before applying.. obviously, you will need to meet all other eligibility requirements, but again, there is a way to purchase a home, but we need more info to advise you specifically . I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
