If you mean an FHA Case Number because you are using another lender, then no. Each lender must pull their own credit report.
The FHA case number associated with an appraisal may be transferred to a new lender, but the first lender must release it. If the appraisal has expired (120 days), the a new number will be assigned for the new appraisal. There is no issue about a credit report. The new lender will pull their own, just so they can obtain any updates, due to changes.
Your credit report is good for 90 days in most cases.. so it's possible you can use the same credit report if you were purchasing one home, and for whatever reason, that deal fell through and you purchased another.. If your going back to the same lender then, most likely they would use your existing report assuming you close within the 90 days of your credit report being run. If your using a different lender, then they will require a new report. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
