bank want to collect deceased spouse assets to pay his debts
bank asking questions like how much assets he have such as cars, trucks or any transfers, how much money in his accts my spouse owed on credit cards and a business line of credit. The mortgage in both our names, he was primary now he is deceased I am primary he have a truck paid the title in his name only can I have title transferred to my name keep bank from claiming it as aa assets by wasbds197 from Indianapolis, Indiana. Also agree, get legal advice - sounds like there is a lot going on here. Are you asking for a short sale? Those sound like those questions. As long as the mortgage is being paid they wouldnt care.
