bad credit

You would need to improve your credit to at least 580 but to be safe 620. It also really depends on what is bringing your credit down.

BC,There is a home in your future if you can sit down with a competent loan office who can examine your credit and make recommendations to make it better. That way you will understand what is bringing your scores down and learn what you can do to improve them over time and eventually be able to purchase a home. There is always hope if you have a "road map" and are doing the right things. It just may not be tomorrow, so be patient.Ken
