As a general rule, a co-signer will not help someone with bad credit. If your credit is not bad, but marginal, then a co-signer may add strength to turn a no into a yes. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in California and Arizona ~ www.LoansA2z.com 888-889-9950

Someone with good credit can not be used to offset someone with bad credit. All applicants must meet the minimum credit threshold.
