We have an A+ rating with the BBB, however, We do not lend in MA. Best of luck!
Being associated with the BBB does not mean you are a good. You can pay to get an A on the BBB. The BBB is not a government run company. It is a rating company and you can pay to get an A. http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/business-bureau-best-ratings-money-buy/story?id=12123843. And there are more on the web. I recommendation to you when looking for a loan is to do you homework and shop at multiple different mortgage company locally in your area. The big lenders like BofA, Chase, Wellsfargo, Citibank etc... will give you a higher since they have alot of overhead cost and must answer to their stockholders. Also, the big lenders only have a standard loan program. The local mortgage broker can shops from a few loan program for you. Think of the local mortgage broker was travelocity or orbitz.
