Sounds like a marketing email. If you're looking for a home equity loan or 2nd mortgage I recommend checking with local credit unions or smaller community banks which generally have the best rates and terms.

based on the email address, I would guess it's not a legitimate lender.. if you're looking for mortgage finance, you are far better off contacting someone local, where you can actually walk into their office if you have a question or problem..
