Yes.. FHA has a new loan product called "Back to Work".. if you have had a BK, Short Sale or Foreclosure and 12 months has passed with no late payment on any obligation in the past 12 months, you can get FHA Loan to PURCHASE, however this program will not work for refinancing.. Once you hit the 2 year mark you'll have options, otherwise you're only option will be an alternative lender - and even then it may be difficult. Be careful what you agree to...
