Hi Jerome, the HARP program is for conventional loans. It would depend on when you had gotten your loan but odds are that you obtained an FHA loan. FHA was the loan program used for most manufactured homes. However, FHA allows for a "streamline" refinance that you may want to check in to. Find a local mortgage broker or mortgage banker to assist you with determining if that's a viable loan product for you to consider refinancing through. Best wishes otherwise, Kimberly Lawson, Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator - Ohio only. Contact and licensing information can be found on my profile.

HARP 2.0 refinance includes mobile homes, so long as you have a Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae loan now and it was initiated prior to may 2009. There are other refinance programs out there, but again it really depends on which type of loan product you have now and what equity position is.. more details would be necessary.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. If your loan is backed by Freddie there is FMOA. If your loan is backed by Fannie there is DURP. If the loan is a VA, then you can do a VA IRRRL. If the loan is FHA, then you can do a streamline. We offer all of the above on manufactured homes. Let's discuss your loan scenario in more detail. Contact me at 800 315 8803. My name is Jamie and I have been in the mortgage business since 1989. I am happy to answer your mortgage questions, 7 days a week and review your loan scenario. Until then, I look forward to hearing from you.
