You are a no go with the banks and any lender who has investors. Your best bet would be to seek out private money in terms of an owner-financed purchase. There are many homes available that are owned free and clear. You need to find a seller who is amiable to selling to you and are willing to finance the purchase without any banks involved. Good luck.

No traditional lenders. You may find a private money lender that will consider one. The pricing is going to be significantly higher. contact a local Mortgage Banker/Broker to help you determine your options. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com
