Are no money down conventional loans possible?

by dz11lol817 from Hermiston, North Carolina. Aug 30th 2017 Reply

There is a way for you to not have to pay a down payment with a conventional loan. Certain requirements must be met, however. Send me an email for more details. My name is Chad and my email is chuffstetler@umafi.com

No... there is not an option for a zero down conventional loan.. There are however programs that allow you to go zero down.. USDA is zero down, but the home must be in a USDA defined area.. VA allows for zero down, but you must have VA eligibility to use this financing.. Conventional has a first time home buyer where they only require 3% down.. and there might be some loan grant programs which can help with the down payment.. otherwise, conventional will require 5% down.. FHA requires 3.5% down.. But regardless of the down payment requirements, you will still need to find a way to get your closing costs paid.. and depending on the loan amount, they could be as high as 4% to 5%.. Don't let any of this discourage you.. instead, get off the internet and get with your local mortgage professional.. let him look at your complete loan profile and where you are looking ot move to, and let him show you the best programs for YOU.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
