Anyone yet doing 90% jumbo refi in CA with no PMI?

That is a difficult product to find... contact a local mortgage broker, not a bank and apply with them.. they have access to a vast number of lenders and can find the right one for your particular scenario.. WilliamAcres.com

We have a 90% Jumbo product, but California is not included in the eligible states and PMI is required.
