If you had your credit pulled for a mortgage, your mortgage representative should have access to a credit rescoring model that can tell you what you need to do in order to improve your score 20 point and if you elect to do a rapid rescore and the lender agrees, that cost will likely be $30 per tradeline per bureau, so that would be $90 per account to update all 3 Credit Scores. This can take 5-7 Business Days to update once the requests are put in. One tip is to review any Revolving Accounts and then see what you have for any Balances on those account and then figure out what you need to pay down to get the balances to under 30% of the Limit. That alone would likely jump the score assuming you have 1 or 2 accounts that have the balances at 30% or more of the credit limit. Good Luck!
