Any recommendations for good portfolio lenders serving the NYC area?

That loan product doesn't exist.. There is only one lender in the country that I know of that does anything like that, but it's reserved for doctors, Dentists, and CPA's.. and it's capped at $1M... outside of that, there are lenders willing to go 10% down, but typically only up to $750K to $1.5M.. anything over that will require 20% or more down.. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. We do offer portfolio jumbos, but 5% down unless you are an exceptionally high net worth individual with at least 2 million in asset then YES . . Otherwise we do offer jumbos down to 580 which is unlike many out there.. like i said you happen to have over 2 million in liquid assets of 2m + . 95%ltv jumbo lets talk.
