First it looked good, then it didn't.. but then it gained steam.. but then it puffed out, right now.. Who knows!!.. I know in it 's current submitted state, it will not pass.. too much risk for the lender, so unless someone takes the time to re write the terms of HARP 3.0, it's highly unlikely it would pass.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. HARP 3 unfortunately looks highly unlikely. If your home is currenly over 95% loan to value you are pretty much out of luck until values come back - unless you can talk BOA into allowing you to refi. I have heard of some situations where they have done this when the loan has been current. Good luck!

It was looking pretty slim... But I just the other day saw a few things that may have it on a possible life line again... But officially, nothing at this point.
