There are several loan programs that allow for it, but it's not allowed in every scenario.. More info needed to address your scenario.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893

Many loan programs allow for a non-occupant co-applicant, but not all. Contact a local mortgage broker in your area, give them a full application, and let them zero in on what programs allow for this that meet your specific situation.
