I am doing a Harp 2.0 refi on my investment property condo. The term is 10 years and the rate is 4% with about $1000 in closing costs. Not too bad of a deal right? My LTV is about 100%. by gehard_904_191 from Parkville, Maryland. Mar 29th 2012
Sounds like a good deal to me.. but the rate at 4% for 10 years seems a little high, you can get the same rate for 20 years... you might want to check with your local broker, not the banks.. the broker has access to numerous lenders and can find the lowest rates and costs for your particular scenario.. 4 is not a bad rate for a 10 year condo, but you should be able to do better, depending on the loan size. Make sure you check out the pricing with a local Mortgage Banker/Broker to see if they can beat it for you. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com
