i cannot use HARP. what are other options? i have an fha mortgage, great credit, never missed a payment, help! by flippercurtis7846... from Holmesville, Ohio. Nov 11th 2014
Flipper, FHA has a streamline refinance. I would be glad to talk to you regarding it. You should find my phone on my profile page.
FHA has a built in feature called the "Streamline Refinance" which enables you to refinance your existing balance without the necessity of an appraisal. This refinance is also a limited documentation loan as well, so you typically don't need to provide tax returns or w2's etc.. Additionally, if your loan was initiated prior to June 2009, then FHA allows for a reduced MI rate and reduced upfront premium. Try reaching out to a local mortgage broker and let him put together a written quote for your review.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. With an FHA loan you can do an FHA Streamline refinance. Talk with a local loan officer and have them present you all of your options. Best wishes, Sean
The FHA streamline option is your best option, as long as there is benefit to you. Contact an experienced lender today!
