Typically, no. Sometimes because of minor errors, you may be asked to sign another document that was missed at the signing, or sometimes a form that was submitted was not completed thoroughly and you may be asked to complete the missing information. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in California and Arizona ~ www.LoansA2z.com 888-889-9950

As Bert said.. Typically there's nothing more for you to do other than make your payments, but sometimes the closing agent or lender will miss something.. but keep in mind that once the loan has funded, unless there's loan fraud, they cannot undo your loan... I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Nothing left but to make your payments unless some error was made and caught.

On a refinance of our primary residence there is a 3 day waiting period before everything is effective. Some lenders want you to sign some thing saying you did not choose to change your mind and cancel the loan (rescission).
