Adding non-citizen to mortgage title.

You can add her to the title to the property, most likely not to the loan itself.

Absolutely.. you don't have to be a citizen to own real estate in the USA.. so adding her to the title isn't a problem.. But for loan purposes.. most conforming loans require that the person going on the loan be here legally, and if they have a visa, then only certain types of visa's are allowable.
