Yes you can add a co borrower to a Freddie HARP 2.0 loan as long as they live in the property and meet other certain criteria. Im a local Maple Grove, MN mortgage broker and I have access to over 40 different lenders. Give me a call at 763-400-7531 and let me show you what I can do.
