Possibly.. you need to search for "Mortgage Bank or Mortgage Broker".. stay away from credit unions and big box banks.. they wont do it. Lending guidelines do allow for a refinance or purchase, with BK trustee permission, no missed/late payments in the past 12 months.. and you must have sufficient credit score income, and Debt to income ratios to qualify.. but there is a way.. you just need to find the right source. FHA loans allow potential financing with an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy as long as all payments have been made on time, and the bankruptcy trustee gives permission to enter into a loan.
