The way things have been going here the past 3 weeks and especially, the past 5 days, rates seem much more likely to raise than fall.. understand that when rates come down, they come down REALLY SLOW,,, but when they go up, it goes quick... you sitting and waiting for a lower rate, would be very risky.. I would lock now and don't look back. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. No crystal ball here, but as far as the international money trend goes it seems obvious that the rates will remain the same with a very slight increase for a period of at least 3-5 years.

I think that you are right in the near future, but today and in the next week or so I feel that rates will not increase, but this is only a guess.Carlos 561-252-1552
