Yes, from my research I see that this is an eligible property type. Please email us at team (at) AmericaChoiceMortgage.com or call 888.226.8840. There are several other qualifying guidelines. I will have questions about the land lease, etc.

HARP ended Dec 31, 2018, but contact a local mortgage broker for other potential options.

HARP refinance program has ended.. It was intended for borrowers who purchased at the peak of the market and were underwater on their homes.. It allowed responsible borrowers to refinance without the concern of an appraisal. Since the market has clearly recovered, the necessity for this program is no longer needed.. however, there still might be borrowers out there who are underwater.. And there are a few programs that still exist that might help you refinance.. however, MFH's are the toughest of all property types.. If your home is "Real Property", meaning you own the lot it sits on, and the home has been architecturally attached.. then you might have refinance options.. if not, then really what you are looking for is someone who will do non-real property MFH loans.. This loan is easy to find, but if you are underwater, it's highly unlikely anyone will do it.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893
